About the event

Join me for a facilitated well-being afternoon, during which I will encourage you to treat the day like a mini break, a retreat from the pressure of daily life, freeing up your thinking and allowing new perspectives, new solutions and rekindled determination.  It's a chance to explore the local coastline and meet new people.  A wholesome and healthy picnic lunch will be provided and is within ticket price.

So please join me and a small group of like - minded souls for a Well-Being Walk & Talk.

An American research study entitled Experiences of therapists who integrate walk and talk into their professional practice, which questioned 18 therapists, reached the following conclusion: ‘Participants perceived that walking and talking can help shift ‘stuckness’ in clients and facilitate psychological processing. In addition, practitioners indicated that walking side by side can promote a collaborative way of working.’
