SPRINGING FORWARD: NAVIGATING CHANGE AND RENEWAL

April & May are a time of renewal and growth, Spring is in full swing in our gardens, public places, parks and woodlands.  Spring can be a symbolic time to start fresh, set new goals, and make positive changes in your life. It is also a great time to start working with someone like myself to prepare for the summer months, whether it's setting fitness goals, planning holidays, or focusing on personal development to make the most out of the upcoming season.

April & May can also be an opportune time to focus on career growth and planning, as it marks the midpoint of the year and can be a good time to reassess career goals, make adjustments, and set new targets for the remainder of the year.

​

Just as people engage in Spring cleaning for their homes, April & May can be a good time to engage in "spring cleaning" for the mind, reevaluating priorities, letting go of what no longer serves you, and creating a clearer path forward with the help of a life coach.

​

For those who experience Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) during the winter months, April & May and the arrival of Springtime can bring relief and renewed energy, making it a good time to seek support and start working on personal growth and well-being.

​

For students or parents of students, this time of year can mark the end of the school year or graduation season. This can be a transitional period where a life coach like myself can provide guidance and support in planning for the next phase of life, whether it's entering the workforce, starting college, or pursuing other opportunities.
